Shipping is always free! In order to keep your final cost down, we only offer ground shipping. All orders ship between 24 to a maximum of 48 hours after an order has been placed.

Returns

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
