Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the terms under which refunds may be granted for transactions processed through our platform. By completing a transaction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Binding Agreement

Upon completing a transaction on our platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with The Brand Daddy, a division of Vacnic IT Solution Private Limited, to purchase the selected product and/or service. Once the transaction is successfully completed, cancellations will be allowed only if expressly mentioned on the Platform.

2. Cancellation Terms

3. Return, Replacement, and Refund Eligibility

Once a product and/or service has been delivered, a refund or replacement may be requested only under the following condition:

Whether a refund will be granted shall be determined by Vacnic IT Solution Private Limited and its divisions, at their sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the timelines specified by our payment partners.
