7. User Reviews and Feedback

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Bengaluru as the seat of arbitration. The language of proceedings shall be English, and the arbitration process shall remain confidential. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction for seeking interim or injunctive relief.

10. Disclaimer

By initiating a transaction, you acknowledge entering into a legal agreement with us. Payments made through accepted payment methods are at your sole risk. We shall not be liable for:

• Unauthorised access

   

• Third-party links or services You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and protecting your systems against cyber threats using antivirus software.
