The Challenge

The brand was facing challenges with respect to ROI from paid advertising. In order to be a profitable business ROAS from Google and FB/IG advertising both had to at least double. This improvement in ROI had to happen along with increase in advertising spend month on month.

Results Delivered

We analyzed the brand’s existing campaigns and strategies to make a digital plan where spend and ROI targets were defined for each channel and campaign type and separately for retarget and new acquisition campaigns. With focused efforts towards optimizing campaigns on the basis of real time data on ROAS, refining keyword campaigns and performance search campaigns on Google the brand was able to achieve 1.8 x better ROI from the 2nd month onwards along with an increase in spend by 20% month on month.
